Tim is a corporate and commercial lawyer, trade marks attorney and public notary who helps businesses protect their brands, manage legal risk and move forward with confidence. He advises on intellectual property, complementary medicine law and regulation, corporate and commercial matters, with a practical and commercially focused approach. Tim provides notary public services to businesses and individuals. Drawing on experience gained at Australia’s leading law and intellectual property firms, Tim brings clear, responsive and high quality advice to Yara Law’s boutique offering. Tim was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009. Tim was registered as a Trade Marks Attorney in 2001.

Sohail Modideen is Special Counsel at Yara Law.

Sohail has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, working in both private practice and in-house roles. He advises businesses across a wide range of industries, bringing practical, commercially focused legal support to transactions and day-to-day business matters. He assists businesses of all sizes at every stage of their journey, from growth and expansion through to managing legal risks and resolving commercial issues as they arise. Sohail is known for his clear, responsive and pragmatic approach, helping clients move forward with confidence. Sohail was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2000.
